ADDON+’s second project for NEF in Istanbul is a mixed use
development with over 32.000 m2,
comprising of retail, offices and housing.
The central challenge was providing this part of the city, which
includes a university, residential areas and office space with a new
public square, offering visitors and residents a range of entertainment and commercial uses in an unique and vibrant location.
The residential buildings and iconic office tower are all configured
around the open plaza with easily accessible retail areas and open but
sheltered cafes, as well as public furnishings and trees, which provide
a welcoming environment for pedestrians.
A sunken retail square at the heart of the plaza extends the retail
offer a new food plaza with a supermarket and health club.
